Program Rules: 

Only one award for points earned in each category.  While every effort will be made to keep this list of awards current, item selected will be awarded only if available at time requested or cost to Club hasn’t changed significantly from original quote or agreement with the vendor.  Points expire six (6) months after the end of the calendar year in which earned.  Points must be redeemed and used within this timeframe and cannot be designated for future use.  The SMBC Board reserves the right to modify the Frequent Leader Award Program, changing the point value or awards at any time depending on the financial condition of the Club, the need for good ride leaders, and for purposes of improving the program.  One point will be awarded to the ride leader for each published and sanctioned Club ride documented with properly completed and submitted SMBC Sign-in/Release Form.  Only one ride leader per ride will be recognized for award credit.  Due to low number of riders or for other reasons, such as safety issues, a particular ride, even though published by the Club, may be de-sanctioned and not available for ride leader awards.  All ride leaders must be in good standing with the Club. The SMBC Board also reserves the right to de-commission any ride leader whom it deems to be unsafe, is unreliable, or does not contribute meaningfully and appropriately in that role. 

Ride Leaders may donate points back to SMBC to support other Club activities.
