Join or Renew Sarasota-Manatee Bicycle Club Membership

All memberships expire on December 31st. If membership is received after September 30th, membership is good through December of the following year.

Individual membership is $20/ year and Family membership is $25/year.

To Join/Renew:

  • 1) Download and print the PDF version of the application form, fill out, and sign the appropriate Release and Waiver of Liability statement

  • 2) Decide on Payment Options:

    • a) Check
      b) Cash
      c) FLAP points
      d) On-line with Credit Card


* If selecting check or cash, enclose with application.

* If using FLAP points, fill out appropriate block on Membership application

*If paying on-line with Credit Card, choose membership type and click on payment button below:

 

  • 3) Mail completed Membership Application form, signed Release and Waiver of Liability statement, and cash or check, if applicable, to:
