Tour de Parks will proceed as scheduled, rain or shine.
No refunds.
If you are not 18 the day of the ride, you must provide a waiver signed by your responsible adult.
Bicycle Safety and Courtesy on The Legacy Trails means:
No pacing
Speed limit is 15 mph
Keep right
Pass in single file
Give pedestrians 3 feet of passing space
Warn before passing
Yield to all others when cycling
Don't block the trail
